What it does

A song from a prompt

Describe it in a style and a structure, and YuE2 writes the melody, the words and the arrangement. You can use the built-in lyric generator, or call your own LLM for richer content.

Covers of your own supplied recordings

Your song in: a new arrangement, new vocals, and an editable score out.

A score you can hear

The plan plays in the window, in the instruments the style names, and exports as MIDI for a DAW.

Stems

Vocals, drums, bass, guitar and piano, separated and can be saved for use elsewhere.

Style LoRAs

Train a style from your own music library, then write with it. A corpus screen prepares the songs for you. Export your LoRA to share with other users.

A library

Every take keeps its score, style, words and seed, so it can be reproduced, reworked or compared.

What it looks like

The library: takes as cards, each with its words, style and waveform
The library, with every take's words, style and waveforms.
The editor: a song's words, style, score and sound settings
Writing a song: the words, the style, the score, and the sound.

How it runs

Everything happens on your own machine: no account, no cloud, and nothing uploaded anywhere.

  • The Windows installer needs no Docker at all; on Linux, or Windows with Docker, docker compose up and it is there.
  • An NVIDIA card with 8 GB of VRAM; 12 GB or more is recommended, and training your own LoRA needs 16 GB. 16 GB of system RAM.
  • About 30 GB of disk, most of it the models, fetched on the first run.
